The Dulevo 75 efficiently sweeps any type of debris, from the finest dust to the larger, heavier debris you find around the workplace. The waste hopper’s position ensures perfect sweeping results even when the broom is nearing the end of its useful life.
Designed to filter even the finest dust (down to 3 Micron), ensures that this is the ideal machine for those industrial environments with a high concentration of fine particles. The Dulevo 75 can be equipped with the GORE® filtering system, which can filter up to PM10. Rest assured that Dulevo’s filtering system is designed to prevent dust from escaping into the atmosphere. To meet environmental requirements, this machine is available battery powered and LPG too.
To simplify maintenance, the machine has been designed with easy access to the power unit and all major components. The waste container, which can be removed laterally, is characterised by its large capacity and easy handling ensured by 4 sliding wheels and a comfortable towing handle.
The Dulevo 75 and has a sweeping width of between 700mm and 1200mm and a hopper capacity of 80 litres. With a maximum speed of 3.73 mph it won’t win any races but has a fantastic cleaning performance of 7200 m2 per hour. This mini powerhouse is 1453mm in length, with a width of 906mm and 1285mm height. You can choose the eco model 75EH, which is powered by a battery or the 75SH, which runs on either petrol or LPG.
Easy access to all components and entirely hydraulic technology make this sweeper simple to use and maintain. The 1100 sweeper is available in the BS version with a petrol and LPG engine, DL diesel version, suitable for outdoor areas, and the EH version with battery-powered engine, for indoor and outdoor areas. Each version can also be enhanced with an extensive range of accessories.
The 1100 uses a direct load sweeping system for exceptional cleaning results, even under particularly arduous work conditions. It has a steel body suitable for heavy duty works and the compacting system inside increases collection capacity. No tools are required to replace the central brush and it has easy filter access for inspection and cleaning.
In addition to the high quality filter mounted as standard, the Dulevo 1100 sweeper can also be equipped with an even higher performance filter. Gore® technology guarantees the best filtering results with improved dust control (up to 1 micron), improved suction and easier and more economical maintenance.
The 1100 has a sweeping width from 750mm to 1440mm including main and side brushes. It has a net capacity of 220 litres and a cleaning performance of 10080 m2 per hour. PM10 filtration is 99% and dumping height is 1325mm. It has a top speed of 7km per hour and its dimensions are: length 1990mm, width 1230mm and height 1380mm.

The 1300 sweeper is available in the DL diesel version, suitable for outdoor areas, and the EH version with battery-powered engine, for indoor and outdoor areas. Net capacity is 340 litres and dumping height is 1350mm. Cleaning performance is an impressive 10500 m2 per hour, with a PM10 filtration of 99% and a maximum speed of 7km per hour.

It has a steel body suitable for heavy duty works and power steering for a more comfortable and pleasant drive. The compacting system inside the container increases its collection capacity.
The 90 benefits from a S.B.S. system which is designed to maintain constant pressure on brushes thus avoiding unnecessary wear and energy waste. Suction on the side brushes further improves cleaning performance. Its beltless turbine does not require maintenance and no tools are required to replace the central brush.

The sweeping width of the main brush is 1000mm, 1700mm with both side brushes and 2000mm including the additional front brush. The length is 2320mm, width 1410mm and height 1520mm.
Choose from three different versions, the battery powered 120EH, the 120BK petrol or LPG or the 120DK diesel powered sweeper. The Dulevo 120 collects debris through the side brushes which sweep it to the centre of the machine and the central cylindrical brush sends it into the container. The fabric filtering system completes the sweeping cycle, guaranteeing a dust free operation when the machine is in use.
The ride-on Dulevo 120 is a powerful and effective machine. It has a wide container, great power, excellent sweeping performance and a really efficient suction system. Its heavy duty steel frame and water cooled motor means its great for hot environments and long working shifts.
Power steering comes as standard to give you a more comfortable driving experience. Our clever compaction system increases collection capacity and you can replace the central brush without using tools.
The Dulevo 120 has a central brush sweeping width of 1200mm with a total width of 2050mm including the side brushes. The waste container has a capacity of 800 litres and a dumping height of 1500mm. Powered by a 48V battery, the 120EH and has a cleaning performance of 16400 m2 per hour. Hopper capacity is 450 litres. The petrol/LPG 120BK and the diesel 120DK have a cleaning performance of 20500 m2 per hour. The sweepers have a maximum speed of 8 km/h (120EH with AMRE engine) or 10 km/h (120BK and 120DK with KUBOTA engine ). PM 10 filtration is 99%. Dimensions: 2500mm length, 1560mm width and 1540mm height.
The adjustable working width of the side brushes guarantees maximum cleaning in all conditions and its powerful suction and adjustable brushes mean that it can pick up anything from sand to gravel or even more bulky materials. The large capacity of the water tank ensures maximum operating time.
The 850’s full-movement side brushes are ideal for sweeping corners and gutters and for increasing the working surface. A high-pressure unit and a manual suction hose can be added as optional working tools to ensure the 850 is adaptable to your different cleaning requirements.
A maintenance hatch under the driver’s seat makes checking and cleaning the suction pipe easy. It’s free of electronic components and has a belt drive. Water tanks are located to the side and are easily removable. All main components are easily accessible for maintenance and repair.
Large standard tyres, axle suspension and optimal weight distribution ensure a safe and balanced ride. Thanks to its powerful transmission, the machine can also be used in difficult conditions and on slopes. The wide front glass of the cabin facilitates excellent visibility. A central control panel and power steering make even the most complex manoeuvres simple.
The 850 is diesel powered with a Yammer engine and has a cleaning performance of 22000 m2 per hour. Sweeping width is from 1500mm to 1850mmm and dumping height is 1420mm. Its maximum speed is 27km per hour and it has a kerb to kerb turning diameter of 5600mm.
The D3 has a combination of the mechanical sweeping system and sweeping by suction, supported by a real dust filter. This assures performance and versatility.
The D3 cleans exceptionally. It sweeps at double speed and its wide sweeping ratio leaves no debris and litter in its wake.
Water is only used to minimise dust. It can even operate effectively without a water supply. The IVECO diesel engine is compliant with Euro 6 emission standards.
The D3 has an adjustable sweeping width of up to 3300 mm, with all brushes engaged. It cleans at 90.0 m2/h. It has 2 cabin seats, a container volume of 3.3 m3. The watertight waste container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The sweeper is equipped with an inspection hatch and hydraulic hatch opening.
The D6 is ideal for use in heavy industry and Dulevo is the only proven manufacturer of a dry sweeping system, thanks to its patented mechanical suction and collection technology. The D6 is an efficient sweeper which has been developed with the latest technology to make it more environmentally friendly. It has lower water and fuel consumption yet achieves more than twice the sweeping speed of other machines. It works with or without water to achieve exceptional cleaning results whilst adhering to current environmental laws. Both economical and reliable, its wide sweeping track gives a superior sweeping quality and excellent results. It can operate in very low temperatures and is adaptable to your cleaning needs, picking up anything from fine sand to more bulky materials.
The pressurisation system and filtered air supply maintains a clean and comfortable working environment inside the cabin. Designed for people, the D6 is pleasant to use due to its large glass areas for increased visibility, low noise levels and simple, intuitive controls. It has low dust emissions due to the N15429 certified filtration system and Gore filters can be fitted to further enhance this.
The D6 is diesel powered with an FPT industrial engine and has a cleaning performance of 105000 m2 per hour. Sweeping width is from 1300mm to 3500mmm with all brushes in use and dumping height is 1150mm. The D6 High Dump has an increased dumping height of 3000mm. The D6's maximum speed is 32km per hour and it has a kerb to kerb turning diameter of 9360mm.
This is a quiet machine so can be operated during the night without disturbing people. This street sweeper has a steel filter and a large water tank which guarantees total dust control. The water recirculation system means it uses less water without compromising sweeping efficiency.
AC charging on the new D.Zero2 is faster thanks to the new On-Board batteries with the latest Lithium-I-ron-Phosphate cells, which not only reduce the weight of the machine but also offer a higher standard warranty coverage. The Combo version allows AC charging (charging points or Wall Box) and DC charging (external charger). Equipped with both the Combo CCS type 2 and type 1 sockets, this machine has built in flexibility.
The D.Zero2 has been designed to make it easy to use with increased front glass surfaces and a steering column with a smaller base size, to improve visibility in the cabin. Inside there is an an ergonomic and adjustable layout with a clear functions display. Thanks to the new soundproofing system, there is less noise in the cabin. A multifunctional joystick allows operators full control of the sweeping functions, making this a very versatile machine.
With Duvelo Telematic (Tierra) technology, you can access diagnostics and vehicle information to monitor the position of your sweeper, how it is used and any stoppages or breakdowns. It will also help you to keep your machine in tip top condition through service and maintenance alerts. The D.Zero2 is fitted with AdaptiveSweeping Technology (AST) which helps you to operate effectively in different working conditions and can be adapted to different modes: Eco, Standard, Heavy and Boost. At the push of a button the sweeper is ready to work and it has an easy stop function too. The on-board diagnostics allow the sweeper to be monitored by CAN-BUS technology. For maximum efficiency, it is also equipped with an automatic stop system if it is inactive for a period of time.
